Friday, August 24th: Remember earliest check in time is 3:00 p.m., unless your site is already vacant. If you can make it, we will be gathering around the Common Area fire pit this evening and will begin sometime around dusk. We realize many will be just arriving and setting up camp, so if you can't make it that's OK, if you can, that's great. We will be gathering as a community Saturday evening.

    Saturday, August 25th:
Rosary Prayer Service at 9:00 a.m.

Morning softball game beginning around 10:00 a.m. ending at 12:00 noon.

    Children's activities beginning around 10:00 a.m.

    Croquet beginning around 11:00 a.m. ending at 1:00 p.m.

Volleyball game beginning around 12:00 p.m. ending at 2:00 p.m.

Afternoon softball game beginning around 2:00 p.m. ending at 4:00 p.m.

    Croquet beginning around 2:00 p.m. ending at 4:00 p.m.

Horse Shoes any time during the day...just pick up shoes from camp hosts.

Mass will be held at 5:00 p.m. in the Common Area (near the large fire pit). Make sure to bring plenty of seating to the common area.

Community Dinner will follow Mass in the Common Area at 6:30 p.m. This is the meal time for everyone to gather together, whether you bring up your own meal or purchase the sausage meal. The Knights of Columbus will be selling SausageFest Meals for those that are interested. The cost is $5.00 per person and it includes your choice of sausage (Brats, Italian, Polish, and Hot Dogs), chips, baked beans, watermelon and soda. Includes plates, napkins and plasticware.

Extra sausage $2.00, extra soda or water $1.00. The Youth Group will also be selling corn on the cob again this year for $1.00 each.

If you do not wish to participate in the SausageFest Meal, please bring your own meal up to the Common Area. If you need to grill your meat, please bring up a BBQ to share. The Knights will not be able to cook meats for those that are not participating in the SausageFest.

Everyone should bring a dessert or side dish to share.

After sunset we will also have a campfire.

Sunday, August 26th: Community Pancake Breakfast will be at 9:00 a.m. You need to have meats pre-cooked prior to bringing to the Common Area and other supplies including your eating utensils to the common area by 9:00 a.m. We also need individuals to step forward to help coordinate this activity.

Remember that checkout time is at 1:00 p.m. and we do ask that you please pick up your campsite of any litter particles (such as balloon pieces, etc.). We would like to return to this park...so please leave it cleaner than when you arrived.
