If you are interested in having an opportunity to showcase one of your hidden talents please fill out the online registration form below. If you are under the age of 18 you will
also need to print out the registration form by clicking on the enter button below and have your parents fill out the permission half of the form.
You can
either drop off the form at the Parish Office or mail to:

AUDITIONS WILL BE HELD ON AUGUST 17TH BETWEEN 1:00 PM AND 3:00 PM IN THE CHURCH BASEMENT
