Depending on how sunny and hot, we may want to think using a canapy on the stage for shading the performers and such.
Or just have a couple randomly put out for shade for the people.
I have a possible large 13x27 ??? canapy that may be lent to us or donated. Has small whole in the top, just needs some white duct tape and all fixed! Also has 4 sides to it. So we could use one side as the back drop curtain too maybe. Keep the other 3 sides open.
BTW - I obviously don't know how to spell canapy or canopy?? :o)
We could also ask the congregation if anyone has a camping canapy. IF we get a few to borrow we can have more shaded area's for the public too.

Go for it Kathy, especially since this is your committee. If you think this will work it sounds like a good idea.

The canopys that you are describing sound very useful for the first aid too. The camping tent usually requires a person to stoop when in. Bob Anderson has a canopy. Mike
