Nancy Anderson appears to have pulled it off and found some vendors for the the celebration. But also has figured out how to include the BBQ in a trimmed down version. The BBQ committee could be one of the four vendors set up and could sell hamburgers and hot dogs alongside the other three vendors. This way the committee is still involved, they're budget now would not be for 2,000 people and they could also raise money at the same time. This will be brought up at the May 4th meeting.
