We have secured the rentals for the popcorn, snowcone and cotton candy machines. We will pick them up on Friday afternoon before the event, bring them on Saturday (assuming we have overnight site security) to be ready to use on Sunday and return them on Monday AM.

That's great news Mark. Make sure and touch bases with John Hren about security since he's in charge of all of that.
